Learn Korean With BoA Songs
Ever wanted to learn Korean but found it too boring? Well Avex came up with a solution for just that! Now you can learn Korean by studying words that come out in BoA songs with the brand new DVD, "Learn Korean with BoA Songs." This DVD focuses on BoA's hit Korean song No.1 for one whole hour! Coming with a comprehensive booklet on the Korean lyrics, learning Korean has never been more exciting! This DVD will be released in Japan for 2,940 Yen (about 27 usd) this coming July 25th.
Legendary American band Weezer sang BoA's hit song, Merry Chri, which has been included as a bonus on the Japanese version of their latest album, "The Red Album." Listen to the song above!
Recently, BoA forgot all the songs she sang in the past as her hectic schedule due to live tours and single promotions left her brain dead. (not true but we need a story for the contest!) Thus, BoA needs your help to regain her "vivid" knowlegde of her past songs. SM Entertainment has provided her a total of 50 short song excerpts she MUST identify in order to regain her lost memory. Help her remember the song titles so that she can sing them at the 2008 THE FACE Live Tour!

BoA's 26th Japanese single, titled "Vivid," is planned to release on June 4 this year. CD and CD+DVD versions will be available at 1,260円 and 1980円 respectively. Here is the tracklist for the upcoming single.

In an upcoming Hite Beer TV commercia in Korea, BoA will be featured with a chic 20 cm short haircut - a major contradiction to her long hair trademark. News reporters stated that this might be the most shocking image transformation since her debut. "We have never seen BoA with a shorter haircut than this one. At first, BoA was astonished with her new look but we were more surprised to see BoA transform into a mature and sexy lady," stated SM Entertainment. Hite, which recently experienced a renewal of its brand name with BoA as its model, expects increased revenues in the near future with this new concept.
